- The software experienced downtime due to updates, but you had already used the subscription prior to the update.
- Your subscription is currently frozen.
Additionally, if your account has been banned, no store credit will be issued. Please understand that using our software is done at your own risk.
Our subscriptions are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
